The ILLUMINATE Conference/ Exploring ideas in biomedical visual communication

A big THANK YOU to Dave Mazierski for asking me to teach a workshop last week at the Association of Medical Illustrators 67th Annual meeting, held this year in Toronto. I met an incredible group of talented interesting and intelligent artists, whose main purpose is to capture visually the scientific information that’s changing and growing by leaps and bounds every year. I’ve always been interested in the intersection of art and science! And the big highlight for me was hearing the AMAZING E O Wilson talk about his new project with Apple that will revolutionize high school education. Please see:

Another week of teaching in Kansas City!
